Prices
Trial sessions are free, but must be arranged in advance.
Club Membership must be paid before attending any paid sessions.
Adult sessions are pay as you go (PAYG).
Children’s lessons and squad sessions are paid by monthly subscription.Â
Subscriptions are based on a 48 week year and charged at a flat monthly rate. This takes into account sessions that don’t run over Christmas / New Year, and during the summer / peak holiday periods when we don’t have enough coaches available.
Please note: When your child is allocated a place in one of our sessions, we hold that place for them – as you would expect. This means you need to pay for all sessions in the month, even if you are unable to attend them all.

HCDC Membership
Havering Cormorants membership runs from 1st January to 31st December, in line with Swim England membership.
Swim England reduce their membership from October 1st each year - before then you have to pay the full fee.
We charge a small fee on top of Swim England membership fees to cover the cost of processing the payment.
If you already have Swim England membership through another London Region swimming or diving club, there is no charge for HCDC membership.

Swim England Membership
All club members are required to have Swim England membership.
There are three levels of membership (defined here):
- Club TRAIN - for divers taking lessons, or training with squads (You can complete in stand-alone local competitions.)
- Club COMPETE - for squad divers competing in National Structure competitions.
- Club SUPPORT - for non-divers (coaches, teachers and volunteers).
HCDC is affiliated to the London Region of Swim England. Club membership fees for 2023 include the Swim England fee, the London Region fee, and the Essex County fee.
