24th March 2024 – until further notice: The pool floor is still stuck so in-pool training is CANCELLED. Dryside sessions will be running as usual. Please keep an eye on our parents whatsapp group for updates.
We run diving classes for children, teens and adults, and train a competitive squad.
We’re based in the brand new Harrow Lodge Leisure Centre in Hornchurch, East London.
Our highly experienced coaches were all competitive divers themselves – at National and International level (European Championships, World Cups and even the Olympics!)
We’re currently developing a young squad and are making the most of our state of the art facility, which opened in April 2021.
We have two 1m springboards, two 3m springboards and a 5m platform.
Session Times
Pool side (on the boards)
Tuesdays, 7-8pm: Children’s lessons (and adults PAYG)
Thursdays, 7-8pm: Children’s lessons and Squads*
Sundays, 2-4pm: Children’s lessons and Squads*
*We have four coaches teaching simultaneously, so run sessions of different durations within our allocated pool slots.
Dry side (conditioning, stretching, trampolining)
Thursdays, 6-7pm: Squads
Sundays, 1-2pm: Squads

If you love it and want to come back, you can book onto a programme of lessons and work your way up into the squads.
Lessons for adults and older teens can be booked on an ad-hoc basis. Children’s lessons are paid monthly.
